I love what I do because it gives me the opportunity to help others. It fills me with pride and joy to work for a company that serves as a vehicle for people to find a source of income to support their families. Over the years, I have worked in different areas of Human Resources, and it brings me great satisfaction to have helped so many people who today recognize me with respect.

I have had the privilege of serving major companies and meeting outstanding professionals from whom I have learned a great deal and who have been an inspiration in my career. I am grateful to everyone who has trusted me and given me the opportunity to contribute to the company in various capacities.

Finally, I want to thank my colleagues—experts in their fields—who teach, motivate, and inspire me to move forward every day. The key is perseverance, dedication, focus, determination—and, above all, loving what you do.
