CTS and SWIA Strengthen Leadership

Strong leadership begins with effective communication. With that vision in mind, Caribbean Temporary Services (CTS) partnered with SWIA (Southwestern Industrial Association) to present “Difficult Conversations in the Workplace,” a complimentary seminar for SWIA members led by Attorney Carlos Concepción and Attorney Ada Nurie Pagán, who shared practical strategies for addressing complex workplace situations with confidence and professionalism.

The session provided supervisors, managers, and business leaders with practical strategies for handling disciplinary conversations, documenting workplace incidents, resolving employee conflicts, and making sound operational decisions while minimizing organizational risk.

By offering this educational opportunity at no cost to SWIA members, both organizations reaffirmed their shared commitment to supporting Puerto Rico’s industrial and business community through professional development and continuous learning.

At CTS, we believe that investing in knowledge is essential to building stronger organizations. Beyond providing staffing and workforce solutions, we are committed to creating opportunities that empower leaders, strengthen workplace practices, and encourage collaboration across industries.

We sincerely thank SWIA, Attorney Carlos Concepción, Attorney Ada Nurie Pagán, and everyone who participated in making this initiative a meaningful learning experience.

CTS will continue fostering strategic partnerships that help develop talent, strengthen leadership, and support the continued growth of Puerto Rico’s business community.

If your organization is interested in partnering with CTS to offer training sessions, conferences, or educational initiatives, we’d love to collaborate. Contact us at sales@ctspr.com to learn how we can support your team and organization.
