I love what I do because it gives me the opportunity to help others. It fills me with pride and joy to work for a company that serves as a vehicle for people to find a source of income to support their families. Over the years, I have worked in different areas of Human Resources, and it brings me great satisfaction to have helped so many people who today recognize me with respect.

I have had the privilege of serving major companies and meeting outstanding professionals from whom I have learned a great deal and who have been an inspiration in my career. I am grateful to everyone who has trusted me and given me the opportunity to contribute to the company in various capacities.

Finally, I want to thank my colleagues—experts in their fields—who teach, motivate, and inspire me to move forward every day. The key is perseverance, dedication, focus, determination—and, above all, loving what you do.

I began at CTS six years ago as a Human Resources Analyst. CTS has provided me with training and the opportunity to develop professionally. I currently serve as a Recruitment and Placement Officer. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a minor concentration in Sociology. I began at CTS three years ago as a Telephone Operator and was later promoted to Human Resources Analyst, a role I currently hold. I am grateful to CTS for the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of every Puerto Rican family.

I began in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative and was later promoted to Human Resources Officer. My commitment to the company led me to achieve an additional milestone, and I currently hold the position of Supervisor of Human Resources Coordinators.
