I celebrate 22 years of service with the company—a journey filled with learning, effort, and growth. Over the years, I have had the privilege of holding various support roles, which allowed me to be trained in the best school possible: customer service and the building of strong, lasting relationships. These experiences have given me a comprehensive and in-depth view of our industry, and each day has been an opportunity to learn something new. For the past two years, I have had the honor of being part of the CTS management team—an incredible group with whom we collaborate constantly, always seeking new paths and strategies to continue moving forward. This challenge has allowed me to grow not only professionally but also personally, as teamwork and constant innovation are pillars that drive us to achieve our goals. Every step I have taken has taught me that success is the result of dedication, passion, and the ability to adapt to change. Today, more than ever, I feel grateful and motivated to continue contributing to the growth and success of CTS.

I began working at Caribbean Temporary Services in August 2004, while I was still a student. On the third day after submitting my application, I was called in for an interview and immediately began working. I continued studying at night so I could work full time at CTS, and in this way I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration. Later, I pursued studies toward a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership. I have worked in all departments; I started in Reception and then moved on to Human Resources, Payroll, and File Clerk. I currently serve as a Hiring Officer.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to serve my fellow Puerto Ricans through customer service at Caribbean Temporary Services.
