At CTS, I have had the opportunity to grow and develop as a professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Officer. My daily commitment is to help those in need enter the workforce. Throughout my professional career, I have always focused on service to others. My years as an Administrative Assistant in the education industry and later in healthcare inspired me to study and work with and for human resources. In 2014, I began my journey with this great Puerto Rican company as a temporary Human Resources Coordinator, and later became a regular employee in 2017. These have been years of great learning and opportunities, applied as guiding principles to serve our clients, employees, and visitors.
My name is Haymett García Santiago. I began at CTS San Germán in the year 2000 as a Receptionist, and I currently serve as a Recruitment and Placement Officer. I am extremely proud to belong to Puerto Rico’s first temporary employment agency and to have been able to help so many Puerto Rican families over these 24 years.
My name is Coralys Vélez. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, but life led me down a different path. I am passionate about contributing to people’s professional development and, above all, helping them secure their livelihood. I have over five years of experience working across multiple areas of human resources. I am currently the newest addition to the Human Resources Analyst team.
I feel very proud and honored to have been part of the great CTS family for 33 years. It has been a blessing that has enriched my professional and personal life. Hello! I’m Andrea Noemí Martínez. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Photography. I have been working at CTS for eight years and chose to remain in the role of Receptionist.
