No. CTS does not charge candidates or employees any fees at any stage of the recruitment or placement process. All associated costs are covered by CTS, and we only partner with companies that uphold ethical practices and do not impose charges on employees.
Yes, employees may be hired directly by the client company. This usually depends on the assignment type and employee performance and generally occurs after a specified waiting period from the CTS start date. Some companies may consider direct hire earlier, depending on their needs and their agency agreements.
CTS ensures all legally mandated benefits, including vacation and sick leave, maternity leave, nursing leave, jury and witness duty in criminal cases, Christmas bonus, Unemployment Insurance, State Insurance Fund (FSE), SINOT, Federal Social Security, and Driver’s Social Security (if applicable).
We also maintain an occupational health and safety program, process payroll via direct deposit, and offer supplemental payroll. Depending on the company, additional benefits may be available.
