My name is Keyshla M. Vilanova Rivera. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, as well as a certification in Human Resources Management. Over my three-year journey at CTS, I began as a Telephone Operator, then was promoted to Human Resources Analyst, and last year I was promoted to Recruitment and Placement Officer, which is my current role within the company.
