I began working at Caribbean Temporary Services in August 2004, while I was still a student. On the third day after submitting my application, I was called in for an interview and immediately began working. I continued studying at night so I could work full time at CTS, and in this way I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration. Later, I pursued studies toward a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership. I have worked in all departments; I started in Reception and then moved on to Human Resources, Payroll, and File Clerk. I currently serve as a Hiring Officer.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to serve my fellow Puerto Ricans through customer service at Caribbean Temporary Services.
