I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a minor concentration in Sociology. I began at CTS three years ago as a Telephone Operator and was later promoted to Human Resources Analyst, a role I currently hold. I am grateful to CTS for the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of every Puerto Rican family.
