At the end of my assignment, CTS gave me the opportunity to contribute my skills and knowledge, allowing me to grow professionally and become a direct employee of the company. I currently hold the position of Human Resources Coordinator at CTS. During my time at CTS, I have led key process-improvement initiatives that have optimized operational efficiency.

Over my three-year journey at CTS, I began as a Telephone Operator, then was promoted to Human Resources Analyst, and last year I was promoted to Recruitment and Placement Officer, which is my current role within the company. I feel honored to assist our people in the search for their ideal job. My commitment to the company and my desire to continue growing professionally motivate me every day.
