I started 11 years ago as a Billing Officer, then as a Records Technician, and today I serve as a Collections Officer. I began my career at CTS as a temporary employee for one of its key clients in 2021. At the end of my assignment, CTS gave me the opportunity to contribute my skills and knowledge, allowing me to grow professionally and become a direct employee of the company. I currently hold the position of Human Resources Coordinator at CTS. During my time at CTS, I have led key process-improvement initiatives that have optimized operational efficiency.
