  • How are the candidates selected?

    CTS conducts a thorough selection process that includes document verification; employment history and work eligibility checks; interviews to assess skills, experience, and interests; and the administration of technical, aptitude, and knowledge tests, as required for the position. Additional verifications can be coordinated upon the client’s request.
