Can I work directly for the client company, or is it always through the agency?
Yes, employees may be hired directly by the client company. This usually depends on the assignment type and employee performance and generally occurs after a specified waiting period from the CTS start date. Some companies may consider direct hire earlier, depending on their needs and their agency agreements.

What benefits will I receive?
CTS ensures all legally mandated benefits, including vacation and sick leave, maternity leave, nursing leave, jury and witness duty in criminal cases, Christmas bonus, Unemployment Insurance, State Insurance Fund (FSE), SINOT, Federal Social Security, and Driver’s Social Security (if applicable).
We also maintain an occupational health and safety program, process payroll via direct deposit, and offer supplemental payroll. Depending on the company, additional benefits may be available.

What documents will I need to provide?
To process your application, we typically require: an updated résumé, a criminal background certificate, proof of education, a photo ID (driver’s license, voter ID, or passport), and a Social Security card or birth certificate. Additional documents may be requested depending on the position.
